Please be aware that there are 2 constructions right next to the building. I was woken every morning at 7.30 am b y the noise. They will be working on these sites for a while. Also the bathroom and bedroom in a 1 unit apartment is very tight. There were also stains on the carpet which was not appealing. ...

Royal On The Park
We found Royal on the Park just lovely. Straight across the road to Botanic Gardens, easy walk . Would stay again, staff very accommodating. Reminds me of old school posh, lots of timber very beautiful.
