“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“wonderful location and surpisingly reasonable - and incredible staff.... everyone was so warm and friendly that we extended another night , and will drive an hour to our next meeting vs. staying at an unknown place....”

“When I first showed up Friday morning, October 2 the desk clerk - Linda was kind of rude and abrupt. I had stopped in before check in time just to let the staff know I was in town, and to see if any rooms would be available before the advertised 4pm check in time. I was not looking to get a room just then as it was about 6:30am. Linda responded like I was trespassing on the property, when actually I was going to be there for 3 nights starting that Friday. Everything and all the rest of the...

“Staff went above and beyond. John and James (shuttle drivers) were so amazing and kind. The check-in and out staff were wonderful and so helpful. And even the maintenance man was awesome. Thank you all, I hope to stay here again.”

“Worst hotel zi have stayed in. The whole hotel smelled like pot. I asked for a walk in shower because I had back surgery and am on a cane. They said yes to the walk in shower and sent me to the furthest room and it had a tub. We got another room with the correct shower and it was the opposite end. Then the design of the shower was terrible. Water ended up all over the floor and seeped out under the bathroom floor. Staff couldn't care less. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again”

“크고 좋았습니다.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“친절한 직원과 깨끗한 객실이 맘에 들었습니다. 아침을 선택하면 1층 식당에서 드실 수 있습니다. 로케이션도 경기장 앞이어서 농구나 야구 경기를 본다면 최고의 위치입니다.”
