“Clean room, nice location”

“I loved the space and the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint, the breakfast was a BUST. Really, they should just not offer breakfast.”

“It took 2 hours to check in. The hotel and room is dirty and an a bit run down. The elevators kept getting stuck and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. The ceiling has mold and mildew stains. The hotel smells of dirty water and pets and it just has an "ick" to it. The staff was all of the place and not in a good way...the bar was always closed or took 20 minutes to get a drink. Couldn't order breakfast becuase nobody was to be found to take an order. “The food is over priced and underwhelming at mollys and the hotel. The mixed drinks are over priced and not good. Our ac vent had black moldy looking residue on it that could of been dirt. Rooms are smaller then normal hotels at double or triple the price. Only two elevators in the building. They are very animal friendly. We were told we had to come back the day of checkout to ask for late check out, then told on the day of its first come first serve. Check in isn’t until 4 so I don’t know what...

“Although the staff was friendly, the property seemed on a lower rung compared with other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The carpets are old, toilet slow to operate and overall maintenance and updating seems overdue. I'm a fan of Hampton Inns in general but this one seemed overpriced and dated.”
