"This was a wonderful hostel to stay at! The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). "The hotel was very good, which is what you would expect from the Radisson name. The only small issue was some confusion about the airport transfer. Since there are two Radisson hotels located relatively close to the airport, both or neither should offer an airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one does, and I ended up taking the transfer to the wrong hotel."

"They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "
