“The bathroom had a ventilation issue and smelled of old urin. It ruined the experience.”

“Absolutely lovely property in hilly Montalcino! Owner and family were delightful. Getting to hotel with the directions the property shared was essential. Keep in mind Montalcino roads are small and hilly, but there is not too much traffic. The room was comfortable and quaint. Breakfast was tasty and delivered to our porch. Easy to get to the beautiful town. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay, especially after being in Italian cities. We’d definitely go back!”

“Very nice, perfect location. Great breakfast and snacks available. Sunset patio…wine nearby….”

“Pros: The room was clean, cheap stay, amazing views, Cons: The check in process was really bad. There must be an easier way. We had to kill three hours waiting for a response from any member of the staff. No fridges, no coffee, no breakfast. Bad WiFi,”

“Staff very helpful. Excellent Breakfast. Air conditioning perfect. Very cozy room!”
