Clean and kind
Good place to stay with family. Good location and hotel staff were kind. Able for the parking. A bit far from the centre but not a bad path for the working to centre. It was a bit cold during my stay overnight.

편리했으나 시설 개보수 필요
관광지와 대중교통수단으로의 접근성이 좋고 냄새 걱정 없이 밥해. 먹을 수 있었으나, 복도 카펫이 더럽혀져 있고 숙소가 옛날 구조로 답답하고 에어컨이 안되서 쾌적하지 않았음.

Great location
The place is being remodeled, therefore the lifts were not working properly and we had to use the stairs, but the room was perfect. Great location and comfortable.

Great place to stay, handy to the metro and shops. Rooms were an excellent size. There were 4 adults staying and we didn't feel cramped. The entrance was being renovated so the lifts didn't always do what we wanted, but that didn't really hinder us and should be completed in a timely manner. Good sized kitchen. Would stay again.

Place was smelly, Pictures doesn't at all match the place, beds weren't comfortable, the sofa bed was in a very bad shape.

Excellent location and facilities
Excellent location for uptown restaurants and close to metro hub for getting anywhere quickly. Surprised to have no room housekeeping for all our five day stay, would have been nice not to have to ask for toilet rolls! But though basic the room had everything we needed and despite some building works all worked well. Staff was helpful. Altogether good stay.

Très bien placé (près du métro et bus) et à 15min à pied de la grand place et de la gare du Midi. Très bon accueil. Propreté OK, si ce n'est humidité au plafond de la salle de bain. Literie OK, sauf branche du clic-clac cassée et empêchant de s'assoir, mais pas trop dérangeant en position lit (2 enfants). Manque un égoutoir à vaisselle et une petite réserve de papier WC pr 2 jours. Equipements ok (vaisselle, LV, frigo). Grandes pièces. Un peu bruyant car donne sur un grand boulevard. Un bon endroit pour 2 nuits en famille.

The hotel is situated in a very nice and safe area near trains , buses and restaurants.I was with my 3 years old son so it was very helpful to have a kitchen. The Bad is not confortable at all, I couldn’t sleep because of that. I noticed some dust and dirt that could have been better taken care of. I believe the hotel should make more of an effort in this regard to enhance the overall experience for guests. I was disappointed to find that there was no soap provided in the bathroom during my stay. It's a basic necessity that should be readily available for guests, and I hope the hotel can ensure this in the future. Despit these issues, I must say my stay was quiet enjoyable

A comfortable stay with a kitchen. Extra pillows were great. Comfortable bed. Grocery store close by. The room was very hot and was greatful there was a fan available to use from house keeping. There is no air con in the apartment. There is black on the ceiling of our bathroom (above shower) , likely do to lack of ventilation.

Location was amazing. Front desk service was very helpful. Excellent customer care. Room accommodated all requirements and more! Very modern and clean. Would recommend more shampoo 2 in 1 body wash as bottle was less than half full and not topped up during one week stay. Apart from that minor,I rate this stay as amazing. Safe and local to all amenities. Will definitely be coming back next time for the Christmas markets. Make sure you book this apartment-hotel!! It will not disappoint.
