가족여행으로 룸 3개를 빌렸으나 모든 방이 화장실 욕실 물막힘 으로 첨벙 샤워 와 화장실 물내림 고장으로 사용때 마다 물통 뚜껑 열고 패킹 닫아 사용하느라 불편했어요 화장실 컨디션만 좋아진다면 위치, 가성비 좋아 추천 할 수 있는 호텔이예요

생각보다 좋았음
아침식사는 좋았고...고급호텔은 생각했다면 별로지만 공원근처 숙박시설은 대부분 비슷하다 생각하면 상대적으로 괜찮은 편....하루 숙박엔 큰 지장없음....

좋은 호텔, 불친절한 직원
호텔 소재지의 지명대로 브라이스캐년 코앞에 있는 호텔. 네비로 브라이스캐년 비지터센터까지 7분 찍힘! 바로 옆 베스트웨스턴과 오퍼레이션 주체가 같은데(조식 식당도 공유함) 상대적으로 가격이 저렴. 좋은 환경 속에 시설과 집기도 깔끔하고 만족스러움. 개인적으로 경험한 프론트 직원들은 매우 불친절하고 무례했음. 스탭의 친절함은 사람 나름이니 그냥 참고하시기 바람.

가성비 최고입니다. 브라이스 캐년과 차로도 매우 가까워서 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 굳이 비싼 곳에서 주무시지 마시고 이곳에서 주무세요 강추강추 ~~ 룸안에는 전자렌지가 있어서 매우 편리했습니다.

We liked the value for the money and the quality of the continental breakfast (better than expected). The room was also OK although a bit small. Overall, it was fine and we would stay again

At the checkin desk, the staff was unprofessional and charged us twice, then when we pointed it out- was dismissive and wasn’t too bothered about fixing the problem. Next morning we had go and see them again, and this time the nice lady saw what the problem was and we are still waiting for the return of the overcharge.

I have stayed in a number of hotels… it’s a bit misleading with the photos and info. The desk staff say speaking to each other in Spanish the whole time I was checking in- found that a bit rude as I was a part of the convo… just my courtesy expectation- I know it’s not everyone’s. There are 4 buildings and they look a bit more like a motel than what you’d expect as a BW, or “part of ruby’s inn… that said- the room was clean. The photos don’t show this. Fridge not plugged in, bath fan sounds like a chopper. I don’t know if there are other amenities. There’s a huge pamphlet but no discussion. Parking lot is empty. As in… one or two cars per side of building? The pool is down the road and across the street at the back of rubys inn. (Not even right next to the lodge at the grand BW, just fyi. There is a huge convenience/tourist/camping store across at rubys which is very convenient for ANYTHING you’ve forgotten. The buffet at rubys cowboy was good. And it’s super convenient to the park. Great for us as we are going horseback riding tomorrow.

This property is so outdated with shabby furniture and a torn cushion on one of the seats. The price was not cheap for a substandard hotel. The location, however, was excellent.

I highly recommend Bryce View Lodge! Stayed there for a couple days of hiking at Bryce Canyon and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

The property was very average - clean and serviceable for staying one night to access Bryce Canyon NP. The reason for the Terrible overall rating is because of the complimentary buffet breakfast which was absolutely horrible. I don't expect much from a hotel buffet but the "hot" food was ice cold and it was 8 in the AM - not like we were there at 10. There were many foreign visitors there and I wanted to stand up and tell them all that this is not how an American breakfast should be.

Toilets were for small children. Really bad image. Staff was okay not overly helpful. Floors were veery squeaky. Wastebaskets were entirely too small. These little things cheapened my viewpoint of Hotel.

The building is run down. Temperature control wasn't working. The included breakfast was less than expected. No decaf, no plant based milk, super slow toaster that couldn't keep up with demand.

We appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room whenvwe requested them. The breakfast was better than we had expected, based on the hotel's info. It included eggs and sausages.
