Tons of cockroaches found 4 in the microwave alone! Faulty light wiring to where lights in the bathroom would go on and off when someone in the room above would walk around their room. No towels or soap when we got there. Definitely only good for being so close to Knotts Berry!

Remote didn’t work & they didn’t have a replacement for it, Dirty walls, toilet dirty, wall behind the tv sprayed with some type of substance, door was caked with ketchup (couldn’t miss it) and linens for bed didn’t stay on and mattress protection was dirty. I’ve stayed here before but it was never this bad.

Super dirty, we ended up sweeping and mopping our own room. Loud noise and thin walls. Felt unsafe and I was charged deposit twice.

Es un lugar viejo, le falta remodelación.. nunca me regresaron el depósito de 100dlls que me cobraron de la tarjeta, por más que hable por teléfono decían que tardaba de 5-8 días hábiles, a la fecha son 10 días y no ah sido devuelto..

There was nothing I liked about this property Expedia should be embarrassed to be offering this type Of property the rooms smelled like cigarettes and bed and was noisy the roof had patches I can go on forever such a bad experience!

There are bedbugs and roaches. The host was very rude. The area has a strong presences of prostitutes and homelessness. The towels had stains. The beds had bed bugs. There were spiders and bugs everywhere. I would spend a little extra and go somewhere cleaner.

The place smelled good with out the overpowering smell of cleaner, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Over all we will be staying here again.

The room was not upkept or maintained in any sort of way, over the years the walls and ceiling had damage and water/soft spots larger than a dinner plate, paint peeled, the shutters stuck, the bedding was stained. This property is the true definition of "slumming it." For that condition of the room, I would expect the room to be half the price or less than it was.

The staff was nice at check-in, the room was pretty dirty, the blinds had a noticeable film of dust, like it hadn't been dusted in at least 6 months. There was a yellow drip of something down the bathroom wall, and worst of all one of the beds sheets were clearly not cleaned after the previous guest(s). There were textured "stains". When we asked the front desk for clean sheets and a fresh blanket, he laughed and said "probably not." Then when we explained why, he reluctantly gave them. The blankets were so thin I couldn't sleep because I froze all night.

This motel is falling apart. Which is a shame, because the location is great. The interior is ready for a garbage dump.
