The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale

We enjoyed the property location and convenience to AEP. Small annoyance was that our room keys would quit working multiple times a day so had to go get them reset 4-5 times a day during the stay. Primary issue for the low review was that the rooms were terribly hot. The main corridors and entry were very nice but the rooms were in mid 80’s. The temps outside were in the 90’s and it took until 2/3am for the rooms to cool down. When we told the front desk they just said the air conditioning was running and no other solutions. Nobody expected them to be 60’s or anything unusual however since the main purpose of the room is to relax and sleep, it was less than ideal. Id recommend as a place to stay if they can get the air fixed.

Everyone at the hotel were wonderful telling us place to eat, arranging tours for us. Breakfast was included which we did not know about.

This place did not live up to my expectations. First of all, I arranged to be picked up at the airport before I departed from my original destination. Upon arrival I. Buenos Aires, I did not have any transportation. After two hours waiting at the airport and numerous calls to the hotel, I was finally told by the hotel to find a taxi. Horrible communications and poor customer service by this hotel. The hotel room was noisy and the bathroom was really outdated with mold in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke with minimal items available. The trays were always empty and no worker in sight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This property is maybe a two star hotel. Expedia needs to updated its review of this hotel. Again, horrible hotel. Find a nicer place to stay and stay away from this hotel.

Good morning Eddie, we are sorry for what happened with the transfer, the driver who was assigned to go on his trip had severe chest pain and had to be admitted to a hospital, we were able to get him another transfer who came to meet you and sent us photos that he was waiting for you at McDonalds, you did not give us a phone number with WhatsApp, therefore the meeting was complicated.Regarding breakfast, we consider it to be quite complete compared to other 4-star hotels in the area.May you have a good life.

Muita demora para executarem os serviços. Saíamos às 10 h para passear e deixava sinalizado que estaria livre para a limpeza e chegavamos por volta das 17h e não tinham feito. Isso aconteceu por 2 vezes, numa estadia de 5 dias.

Great choice to stay in Buenos Aires. The location is superb, very close to all BA landmarks. The hotel is really nice and clean. The beds are comfy. And the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you!

The hotel has great architecture with the rooms having high ceilings and small balconies in the Argentinian stlye. The room we got was quite spacious. The only downside is the tub/shower situation which can be a bit difficult to get into and out of if you have issues with mobility. The staff are quite friendly and speak English, if you are a non-Spanish speaker. The hotel is next door to the Galleria Pacificos, a huge mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The atea surrounding also has several restaurants and it's very close to the tourist hotspots.

Hotel nivel medio/bueno y muy bien ubicado, pero que de ninguna manera valen los 280 usd la noche (habitación simple standard para dos personas) entiendo vinimos en momento de alta demanda, pero estos precios abusivos les hacen perder clientes. Venimos una vvez por mes a Bs As, no volveremos a este hotel. Entiendo quizá sea un abuso de la plataforma Hotels.com, pero los hoteles tienen que poner límites a la misma, de lo contrario seguirán perdiendo clientes. No todo es válido frente a la ley de la oferta y la demanda.

They need to get a better HVAC system. at times the temperature was pleasant, but then it was very hot and they couldn't get the temperature right. on the other hand, not all the staff are friendly, I think they should work on giving better, friendlier service.

Chequed in and the hotel room did not have A/C in Argentina in March... they did not have another room or fan or were not able to help much - arrived at 1AM, if not I would have moved to another hotel. I was looking forward to staying there... not anymore.

The hotel is modern and preserves the original architecture of the last century. The room was comfortable and cool. It is very safe and is located in the center of the city. The staff was very attentive and always answered my questions. They also helped me to change dollars.

La estadía muy bien, el hotel en perfectas condiciones, edilicias y sanitarias, y el desayuno 10 puntos, buena ubicación, el personal amable y profesional, la habitación hermosa realmente. Lo único que tienen que mejorar es el acceso a internet en la habitación asignada, en otros lugares del hotel y otras habitaciones que he estado anteriormente el acceso era bueno. Volviendo al acceso a internet en la habitación, creo que se arregla con un repetidor, access point o un router más cercano. De todos modos el personal nos ofreció cambiar de habitación, pero priorízanos la habitación sobre el acceso a internet

Horrible experiencia, el WiFi no funcionaba en las habitaciones ni en los lugares comunes, no limpiaron las habitaciones la primera noche, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y cuando preguntamos si podían revisarlo nos dijeron que iban a ver pero nunca lo arreglaron. Después, el trato de los empleados fue pésimo cuando les preguntamos por qué nos cobraban más que lo establecido en la reserva. En general muy mal servicio.

Ótimo atendimento.
Os atenderem nos ajudaram e foram solícitos sempre. Na primeira noite tivemos um pequeno problema no nosso quarto, e ao relatar isso na recepção no dia seguinte, prontamente nos entregaram cartões para outro quarto. O hotel fica mais próximo ao centro e por isso não conta com muitos restaurantes próximos no período noturno, mas o Puerto Madero fica a poucos minutos de caminhada e oferece diversas opções.
