I'm sorry but the rooms need a little care. The carpet was extremely dirty with lots of marks. The room could do with a coat of paint and replacing the carpets.

Very close to La Trobe University Bundoora was its primary charm. I underestimated how busy & noisy Plenty Road would be. Pack ear plugs!

Dirty sheets on the bed when I arrived and wet towels in the bathroom from the previous person, and had to make my own bed, will not be going back

Good location close to where we needed to go however very noisy. People yelling outside our room at night which made me feel unsafe. Walls inside our room very dirty. Shower room had strong smell of cigarettes. Not sure if the cheap price was worth the stay here. It was difficult to relax in. The staff checked us in efficiently and wifi use was handy. Clean sheets on bed and enough appliances for us to cook tea.

Felt very unsafe here. Stupidly, I did not look at reviews - just saw this had the amount of beds I needed at a decent price and booked it. When we checked in I wanted to leave, but didn’t want to lose our money. First thing we did was check the bed sheets were clean (they were) but that was the only thing that was ok. The outside was horrible, dirty with rubbish lying around. People outside arguing. When we arrived back late at night there was a few ‘dodgy’ people outside. We were very glad to be a group of 4. Inside, the place had writing on walls, very uncomfortable beds and a bathroom that dates back many, many decades. (None of us used the bathroom for fear of the grime in there) There was a fridge in the middle of the room, that mostly blocked the doorway to the bedroom. The best thing this hotel could do would be to knock down the building and either start again, or walk away from the industry.

We keep trying our best to provide our guests better hospitality and environment of cause especially the value. Do not hesitate to contact us in future you ever meet the same experiences in our motel (if possible), we hopefully can compensate your horrible stay. Generally clean room but filthy doors and walls. Trip hazard when entering bathroom, staff alerted and stated would attend. Very rough area with fighting outside room at 0200. Very noisy as major road very close by. Helpful friendly staff

our small adventure.
A bed was needed for the night and as we live close by, the Park Motel was chosen. We were very pleased when opening the door, the room presented was very fresh and clean. Pleasant fragrance was the greeting. Bed excellent, comfortable, bathroom very clean. Unfortunately the property is very old and run down, and needs major overhaul. But our stay was satisfactory.

We stayed in 3br house. It is separated from the motel building. The whole property is cctv monitored. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are very accomodating. Stayed for 5days and we only stayed at night to sleep in. This is very good if your visiting to Melbourne and out for whole day.

It was run down, mould on tiles in bathroom everywhere, had to pay 100 dollar deposit which still hasn’t been returned yet

The motel is convenient to Latrobe Uni and on a tram line. The condition, amenities and cleanliness of the rooms has improved since a previous stay and work is obviously continuing. Accessing hot water in the shower was problematic taking considerable time to come through if at all and there is no soundproofing between rooms resulting in rude awakening when neighboring guests were arguing and physically fighting in the early hours on both occasions I have stayed here. You can’t complain about the price as it is obviously budget level accommodation.

A big upgrade is necessary. While the beds were clean and comfortable and the carpet looked fairly new the rest needs to be replaced. The shower recess was appalling

Worst stay ever
The owners first charged us for a room and the heating didn't work, the power points were loose, they tried charging us extra. Was just a horrible experience. $1000+ on a hotel while I'm waiting to be approved for a house, for the week. With no hot hot water, the room was freezing as there was a draft under the door.
