"The hotel is fabulous, from the rooms, staff and amenities and central location it can’t be beat. All staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Dilek hanım and Ömer bey were outstanding. It’s a hotel I return to again and again."

"Good hotel, but rooms look a little dated and tired. Room carpets should be removed and replaced with something more modern. Pool area needs extra care and music is too loud. Hotel can become a little noisy due to the stadium and events."

"Rooms were super clean and tidy. Hotel was nicely renovated - a bit crowded decorations of the rooms but still fine. Whatever we needed, we asked and they brought immediately. Thankful for it."

"I I was trying to find something that wasn’t up to standard, but honestly, I couldn’t. The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help, and the breakfast was truly exceptional — and I am comparing it to other 4- and 5-star hotels. We were genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of the experience. However, I must mention the patisserie they have around the corner from the hotel. Apart from the fact that we consider it to be among the very best in Istanbul, I feel that the staff there need to be more professional, especially for the sake of the Divan brand. Sincerely"

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
