While exploring the property, we got a bit turned around trying to find the outdoor pool (the building's layout and floor elevations had us temporarily confused!). Natalie noticed us looking for our way and immediately stepped in. Instead of just giving directions, she took us on a quick, wonderful tour to show us the hotel's features and key access points.
During our chat, I shared a few minor concerns I had, and she handled them with absolute professionalism—our room was successfully changed in less than 10 minutes to one with a much better view and a much quieter atmosphere!
