"I recently stayed at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti with my family, and once again we had a wonderful experience. This was my sixth time staying at the hotel, and it continues to be a place I genuinely enjoy returning to.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdul Kadir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. He kindly upgraded us to rooms with access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable.
What particularly stood out was Abdul Kadir’s excellent attitude and genuine hospitality. He was always approachable, attentive and happy to help, and he made sure that my family and I were well looked after and comfortable. His friendliness and professionalism really added a personal touch to our experience.
The hotel itself was, as always, beautiful and comfortable, and the level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to return to Hilton Bomonti. After six stays, I can confidently say that the consistently welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff make it feel very special.
A big thank you to Abdul Kadir and the Hilton Bomonti team for making our family stay so enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning again.
