"The room was very comfortable and clean. However the air conditioning kept going out on my last 2 days and it was very hot in the room. "

"It took us two hours to check into the hotel. The people at the front desk kept saying 30 minutes and after those 30 minutes they said another an hour then there was no hot water in the room but overall the hotels is good just the service is not that good"

"Excellent stay at Conrad for 3 nights. Quite busy during this time of the year as expected. Overall, the staff was great apart from few areas that requires some improvement - we requested for our infants milk bottles to be cleaned but they were returned after being cleaned twice on two separate occasions with milk stains & foul smell. Hope, Conrad can make it more baby-friendly. The breakfast was good, could’ve been better if they have a dedicated staff member signposting different options at...

"My husband and I stayed there for 8 nights for my husband’s birthday. We had a great experience with staff and the services they provided.on my husband’s birthday they had a nice cake in our room. The location is perfect as it close to everything. I really recommend this hotel. :)"
