The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable; however, the A/C was not available for use at the time of year we were there. When we called the front desk to let them know the room was warm, we were told to open the windows. The person at the front desk when we checked in was not pleasant & had a bad attitude and did not provide any assistance with our luggage. The hotel has a beautiful circular driveway that is blocked and cars are not allowed to drive up to even drop off the luggage . The breakfast was good and staff at that time provided better service. We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the vineyards in the area and continue to Madrid - it is close to the highway, so it was convenient for that reason. The town close by is Aranda del Duero - we went there in the evening for dinner at a tapas bar and walked around and it was nice.

Bathroom was horrible . No place to put the shampoo or soap . There was a bidet inside the shower .. so nasty No tissue paper in the restrooms neither a toilet paper holder . So the toilet paper is just sitting over the toilet Nothing fancy at all. Area is beautiful . I recommend staying at Villadolid which is a beautiful small city and driving to the vineyards from there .

The property was very well kept and amentities were top notch. The decor kept your interest. The staff was very helpful with any information. The winery is impressive and the tour did not disappoint.

Disappointing but nice environment
The room was ok and clean. The padio where we had dinner was dirty with flies and other things. The Windows were not clean so the view was a bit different from the inside. In contradiction to the description on hotels.com there were no restaurant and only a cafeteria. The breakfast was limited. And the winetour for 15 euro was only in spanish. We had a Hard time understanding the rating.

Un hotel con mucho encanto
Una estancia muy agradable. El hotel y la finca es muy bonito y está cuidado cada detalle. El personal de recepción muy amable informándonos de todo y aconsejándonos sobre los vinos. Cuando vuelva por Aranda repetiré con ellos.

The vinery, although too late for tour information was given about wines and advised on tasting. A bottle went down well with dinner on outside patio. Staff very friendly ,hotel very quiet seems gets busy at weekends for weddings.

Great location next to a vineyard. Quiet and peaceful. Very close to wineries in the Ribero del Duero. Would definitely stay there again.

La creación de un entorno con carácter parece uno de los objetivos de los diseñadores del hote. Los muebles de las zonas comunes y de las habitaciones pertenecen a estilo sobrio castellano. En entorno de viñedos da color y calor al lugar. Ha sido una buena experiencia.

A little out of town, but very nice. Once in town, difficult to get a taxi to come back. While in hotel, hotel would call a taxi for you, very nice.

As hotel linked to a winery, it is great for its purpose, but there should be something more to do. apparently they have bike dental, but this was never told to us. the wine tastings should be also held later in the aftrnoon, to give arriving guests the opportunity to do this in the late afternoon when they usually arrive, and not just in the morning when they need to leave ande drive. All in all, this is a great classy hotel, in the good old style. highly recommended
