“Definitely a budget hotel. Good: Air conditioning worked. Bad: Bathrooms were dirty and damaged. The water in the shower had the hot/cold swapped. Ceiling outside of the room was dripping water. No food for breakfast.”

“What looked like a dive on the outside ended up being a pleasant surprise inside. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and staff is incredibly helpful. I moved to Motel 6 after a horrific experience with LivINN Hotel, where items where stolen and returned, I extended my stay and the manager tried to use the fact that I had to go to work to take advantage of my situation. Instead of cleaning a premium room they had my put my item on a cart to sit there all day. Motel 6 will not...

“It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.”

“The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

“Place was dirty and felt unsafe. Room was not cleaned properly, shower was dirty, towels smelled, elevator was filthy and overall cleanliness was poor. There were people outside the hotel harassing people and dozens of kids running around pretty unsupervised. Will not be back!”
