“The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, with good linen. There was plentiful hot water. The staff were all very friendly and De Rain, the owner was often around and very helpful booking trips. It had a very good kitchen. It is next to a busy road but I couldn’t hear it in my room and it didn’t affect my stay. It was so lovely being on the banks of Lake Victoria. ”

“The property is quite an unexpected find in the area. Enjoy the delights of a pool, soon to be ready gym, decent bar undecisive between reliving the 40's and honouring the today's and of course the excellent cook; truly deserving the title Chef. The mattress may be a bit hard for your liking, however, the night's sleep is guaranteed mosquito free thanks to the good mosquito nets around the bed. If you are a light sleeper and pondering the thought of not getting up too early, I would suggest you...

“The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.”

“Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.”
