"I stayed for one night and had to check out at 6:00 AM. I asked the front desk staff if breakfast could be packed to go. She assured me that the meals would be prepared after the restaurant closed that evening. Upon entering the room, I found it smaller than expected. There was no door knob for the room or the restroom, which was quite unusual. Additionally, there was no place to put the soap except on the floor, which was inconvenient. The room's furniture was outdated. The hotel has a restaurant called Mediterraneo. I ordered pasta, but it was disappointing in flavor. The price was disproportionate to the quality. At checkout, I asked the front desk staff if the meals were ready. After checking the refrigerator, he informed me that no meals were prepared. I was deeply disappointed and left the hotel hungry. I left a message for the hotel through the app but received no response after a week. I don’t recommend this hotel and would not return."
