“We had a fantastic time at the Mango Valley Hotel. The views were breathtaking, and the property manager was incredibly attentive. The cabins were incredibly cozy, and we definitely plan to return. ”

“Overall it was a nice stay and cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, although not sure if the milk is up to standard as it gave one traveller a bad stomach. Tap water was also questionable. Staff are really friendly, but limited English so can be difficult to communicate. Grounds were beautiful, some work was going on during the stay. Really close to blue falls. ”

We turned it on ourselves, told staff to push our appointment back to the next half hour block. “Staff met you at the front, Spanish-speaking only but super nice. The room was fantastic when we stayed. It was a little bit colder so there was a space heater. There’s a menu in the room for options for meals. We didn’t partake in any of this, but it was great to know that we had a food available if needed. “Lovely quiet area to stay. We speak very little Spanish, they were so willing and patient with communication. The porch area was lovely. We enjoyed rocking and having an evening drink. There is a small store about a mile away. We went to bed early and were so surprised that 4 other couples were there for breakfast. Breakfast was a “typical” and very good. ”

“The property is impeccable and perfectly maintained. Utmost care given to cleanliness and maintaince. Perfect! The views are astounding. The restaurant staff and food far exceeded my expectations! Quality is the standard . My only concern would have been for an easier method to contact the office .”

“Our group of seven ladies spent one night at Hotel Pibi Boreal. It was wonderful!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was brought to our rooms, which was a nice. Each room had a patio overlooking the forest. We would definitely stay here again!!”
