“This will be our first time visiting Cabo San Lucas in the past week have always aimed for puerto Vallarta this time we wanted to try something new . I should have done better research on this resort for me and my family . The food was terrible absolutely no taste whatsoever and seemed like the only place we could eat was at the buffet because everything else was a wait . We stayed in the back building in the 3 floor absolutely ridiculous also the pool was very cloudy and drunk people everywhere...

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
