“Camera sporca sia letto che in generale pulizia scarsa . Ristoranti tutti il cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio scarso. I bere di scarsa qualità . Piscina esterna poco attrezzata e anche lì sporco.. è un posto a chi piace la quantità !! Non lo consiglierei mi dispiace aver preso questo hotel ! Essendo un Riu pensavo n situazione decente .. insomma totale delusione .”

“Our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived about an hour before the official check-in time, and the front desk agent simply told us to go to a restaurant and come back after 3:00 PM. She was rude, didn't explain anything about the resort, and didn't provide any information about the amenities, shuttle service, or nearby restaurants. We had to figure everything out on our own, which was frustrating. While we were at the restaurant, an employee asked how long we were staying and...

“All the pools were clean, the beach was clean, the staff was nice, the rooms could definitely be updated, but I was upgraded in so I cannot complain. It’s really close to the bars, coffee and restaurants so don’t feel stuck to stay on resort but the resort was excellent. Five star review for me. Excellent service at the pool, the food was good, but again you’re close to eating off resort so unless you purchased the all inclusive package, I would say try out some different local restaurants like...

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
