“Vacation was fun, we stayed at villa 6, a good location but no elevator (3rd floor), my daughter liked the gym, I enjoyed RiUFit activities, especially liked Moises, great yoga and Thai chi instructor, very helpful and friendly. Beach was not swimmable, but 20 minutes walking and then you can swim in the ocean. Food was ok, salty, didn’t like buffet for dinner, breakfast was good, loved Michael Jackson Show, other shows were ok, fun parties”

“El servicio si es todo incluido pero es muuuuuuuyyyy lento, imagino que para desincentivar el consumo, pides algo en la Alberca y llega más de 1 hora después, pides servicio al cuarto y al Menos toman 2 horas, hacen que la experiencia se un poco e stress te ya que en algún punto no sabes si llegará lo que pediste”

“El hotel está increíble, el ambiente es muy familiar todo el concepto Hard Rock en su máxima expresión. Los shows todos de gran nivel. Las áreas verdes y de alberca excelentes. El personal desde la llegada hasta el check out muy amables y con gran servicio, la habitación limpia y muy agradable, solo poner un poco de atención al resurtido del servibar. Sin duda hay que volver.”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
