“Beautiful property. Had a great time and it was very relaxing. Very hard to get into the restaurants. You must line up to get a seat, and can’t make reservations. So if you are a late eater you are going to the buffet or eating early. If you like good wine you need to bring with you. Even though these things mean a lot to me I would overlook to stay. Great place”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
