“Food and pool side staff were very helpful however we all found dead roaches in our rooms. They’re outdoor and not the German type but it’s still gross. Aside from that, the AC was broken for a day throughout the whole building.”

“Ecxilent hotel. Wonderful food and the best staff. The accessibility of the bed and shower in the room, the pool and the rest room in the public areas is poor. Obviously I booked accessible room with roll in shower No bars in the shower, no bars in public restrooms and there is no pool lift to take you in and out of the water. The bed is very high .So for people who aren't disabled it's ecxilent hotel, but for disabled people is much less than that.”

“the resort was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the resort it self is very quite , we spend 5 nights there ,and there were nothing happening to keep the guests entertained , the TVs in the rooms weren't working , there was no activates during the day or night time, the plus point was that we had access to their sister resorts and they had shuttles provided for transportation , we kept ourself busy exploring the sister resorts and would come back to rest up at Pacifica .”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
