“The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The balcony door was sticking/breaking. The toilet backed up and would not flush, took multiple flushes to work properly for the duration of our stay. Online room service ordering was down without notice (waited two hours for food then was told it wasn't working). The food was mostly bland and mediocre. Most of the front desk staff were unhelpful. Advertised as return airport shuttle included and then it wasn't. Advertised as adults only but kids everywhere....

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
