“Muy linda la vista al mar”

“Beautiful resort with amazing views. Gorgeous pools…each with an infinity edge facing beautiful Lands end. Staff was amazing and friendly. Swimup bars were awesome. Drinks were good. Food was average. Buffet was our goto. Steakhouse was not good. We loved how close we were to downtown after staying in San Jose many times before. Overall very nice stay and would definitely return.”

“the good thing is it was close to the water... The bad thing is the staff lies just about everything when they serve the food that doesn't meet expectation... not the cleanest place and very, very outdated... Shampoo and soap in the bathroom are cheap motel quality....”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
