“The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel Has potential-but needs lots of improvements.”

Nos mandaron a un hotel de la misma compañía y pues no estuvo mal pero al llegar a la habitación en la reservación original habíamos pagado por 2 camas, y en el nuevo no lo respetaron y solo nos dieron como reposición un desayuno gratis la experiencia con marina fiesta fue desagradable!”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...

“everything about the hotel was great. The only reason I gave it three out of five stars is because you have to take a lot of staircases to get down to the pool and beach area. Which was fine for us, but there were a lot of elderly people with mobility issues that had a really hard time getting down to the beach accessible areas. Beware of watered down drinks at some of the bars. The office and mango deck are better.”
