“Hotel nice but rooms outdated and very tired looking, especially the bathroom. Main entrance door to hotel not working and carpet upon entry very grubby.Seemed to be maintenance going on on the top floor and one lift out of service. On the plus side comfy bed, nice staff and pleasant restaurant area.”

“This place had the best breakfast I had in my entire trip. Cooked to order and it was just fantastic. The building seems to be very old and even spooky, but overall the stay was pretty good.”

“The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

“Didn’t like being allocated a room for the disabled with an adjoining door, on the ground floor. Not what we paid for. Were then offered an attic room with a skylight type window, you couldn’t see out and it was dark. They then managed to jiggle things around and we had a decent room, the sort we expected. Didn’t use most of the facilities as we were there for a wedding near by but we did eat in the bar area. Food menu was limited and so were the cocktail choices. Don’t know about the restaurant...

“Room nice. Comfortable bed. Breakfast average at best, bar shuts at 11. Good for corporate stays. Parking very expensive £27! Will look elsewhere on next stay in Cardiff.”

“This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage, toast, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. The coffee machine is accessible all day. Plenty of parking if not busy but fills quickly so get there early. Do wish that hotels would leave the smart functions operational on the room TVs so guests can access their Netflix accounts!”

“가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔이에요. 숙박시설 중 가격은 하단밴드이지만 가보면 깨끗하고 꽤 큰 사이즈의 방이라서 답답하지도 않아요. 오븐부터 쿡탑 그리고 각종 요리도구들이 완비되어 있이서 집처럼 지낼수 있어요. 셀프체크인이기 때문에 체크인전에 호텔측과 소통해야 합니다. 답변이 바로 오기때문에 소통에 어려움은 없었어요. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러워요.”
