“Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.”

“Convenient to downtown, very nice staff.”

“Well my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning of our arrival we were welcomed! Loved our time there. The entire staff are super friendly and kind. We especially loved getting to know Fiona and her family. We enjoyed all the meals they prepared for us. Thank you guys for a wonderful place to be☆”

“I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we...

“Great stay! Beautiful, quiet, well kept grounds. Clean accommodations and very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convient to town and free pick for most tours in the area. Would definitely stay again.”

“They’re updating a lot of the properties at this moment, re tiled the pools, built a new outdoor pizza oven, are freshening up the cabana’s, to prepare for the upcoming high season.”

“Clean room.”

“L’hotel è molto buono, le stanze pulite, la piscina anche, un po’ fuori dal centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 20/25 minuti. Ma nel complesso un buon appoggio”

“It wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't what I expected. Instead of a room in the main hotel, we were upgraded to a cabin, in the back of the property where it was so dark I drove into the concrete septic block! No damage fortunately. And I guess back there was better than being up front because of a loud party on a Monday night. At least the room was clean, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was comfortable for the price. Unlikely to return.”

“Organize better for guests check in. Include a phone number for optional assistance”

“오래된 낡은 호텔로 위치는 아주 좋음. 가격이 아주 싸므로 ATM 투어를 하기 위해 하룻밤 잠자기는 좋은 곳”

“Our stay was amazing!! The villa was very clean and very modern. We had everything we needed towels, tolieteries, cleaning supplies. The AC kept our rooms very cool. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. Check in/check out was very easy.”

“They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund.”

“Hidden gem near Guatemala border beautiful comfortable rooms great chef onsite”
