“Hotel is located under the flight path and right next to helicopter pad from Cairns hospital. Does not have sound proof windows. Would not recommend.”

“No wifi service in the room”

“Clean but very dated. Coffee and tea and kitchen well set up. Comfortable bed. Lounge furniture was very uncomfortable and the place is very tired. Curtains were falling off the tracks and outdoor furniture mis matched and tired. Very loud plumbing from not only our unit but from upstairs as well! It did us for an overnight prior to flying out next morning but the rating on Expedia does not match the state of the property. Not great area either.”

“It was very comfortable and good”

“No fire alarm Internet is poor No cutlery, no plate enough. They don't check. Very dirty, so much cockroaches Unkind owner Very noisy. You can next room talk and sneeze. ”

Totally, It wasn't that nice. I was uncomfortable on my bed because between 1F and 2F of the bed, the height was too low so I couldn't spread my back. On one hand, the good things are kind staff, cheap price and close distance to the main places.”

“The rooms on the 12th floor were amazing and actually updated really well. We had a modern TV, big bed, it was quiet and the view was amazing. The staff was really helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. Restaurant staff very helpful, we had a nice dinner.”
