놀러가서 힘들텐데 넓직하고 편한곳!
침대 세개(2인 1개, 1인 2개) 쇼파에 식탁, 조리대까지 신청 내용보다 더 많아서 좋았어요! 넓직한 공간을 비워두기 아까웠어요! 쇼파 한쪽으로 치우면 둥그렇게 Mt 할 정도? 시내하고도 가까워요 Night market. 그리고 택시정거장하고 가까워요! 사용 하루전에 예매하였는데 이정도 가격에 다른 곳을 신청한 친구들보다 더 좋았습니다! 케언즈 더 좋은 숙소 찾아보는 것도 나쁘지 않겠지만 한번 사용해보세요.

You booked a room for 2 people and because you were caught out with 4 people you have written a false review suggesting our great staff are rude. Next time we suggest you book a room for 4 people and stop ripping off the tourism industry.

The property is well situated and easily within walking distance to the city center, medical center and restaraunts. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there is a rental car business on site. There is no self parking on site. The shower had excellent pressure.

As an older property it was very spacious inside and all things needed for a stay were provided; not flash but well presented. Easy walk to shops, the esplanade and the market. Will stay again if I need another overnighter in Cairns. Comfy bed, helpful staff, and great price. Only issue was early check-in - by 4:30pm and no on-site parking.

My visit to A1 was a pleasant surprise, when I first arrived, I was not sure, but I quickly found myself seeing so much potential in the property. The apartment was clean, well organised, but as you stay longer you notice it is just in need of a freshen up. The kitchenette was basic but very user friendly, fans in each room were refreshing, but like most Cairns locations there is not heating provided to the rooms, so if you sleep cold be sure to rug up. Backpackers behind were a little noisy in the early hours of Sunday morning, but besides that the overall location was lovely. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised
Friendly and happy reception, no problems getting keys early. Clean and tidy apartment (even the bedroom smelt of fresh and clean linen). Convenient location.

Quiet location overnight however it’s not the place for a sleep in with rental cars being cleaned outside your window at 6.30am! Car doors slamming, vacuum cleaner noise, cars being moved.

What i didnt like someone had tied a plastic bag over the smoke alarm in the bedroom. I reported this to a staff member. The motel room was clean and close to the city centre walking distance.

Comfortable bed and nifty kitchenette. The room was clean and tidy. Good location for the Cairns CBD, eateries and esplanade waterfront. Friendly staff.

An unorthodox place mixed in with a car rental agency, however we would stay again as it was cheap and close to everything.

Perfect for me
Spacious, comfortable, :clean old style. Great shower recess and rose: tiled, lots of room. Fan an extra option to AC which I always appreciate. Close parking after 6pm an issue as Novotel and Baileys across the road. Easy walk to esplanade for eateries and night life. Library handy walk. Laundromat and cafe in same block.

We stayed at A1 as we were up there for a funeral. The owner had a cowboys gnome on the verandah when i asked where he was from and explained that the cowboys were my passed away brother in laws favourite team she gave us the gnome. That meant so much to my partner and myself such a heartfelt nice thing to do .

I liked that my stay was short. I didn't like not being able to use their "free wifi" and when I asked the person at the desk said he'd ask someone else and get back to me, but didn't. It was budget priced but still too expensive for what it is. They also run a hire car and travel co. at the front desk. They start/move/wash the cars early each morning. move them out into the street each morning and put them in the complex each night. I feel like that's what gets taken care of, guests and property miss out.

Hi MARK, Sorry we did not meet up to your expectations. Sorry you were having trouble logging onto the WIFI.. You actually told the office staff you would instead use your own on your phone. You booked a budget motel for $85.00..with split aircon, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a private bathroom. Also very centrally located to the city. Linen included also which by the way you ruined/stained the sheets with your new tattoo. It would have been nice to advise staff of the damaged sheets. Perhaps next time if you are requiring an upmarket hotel try the Novotel across the road for $250.00 per night....

You can NOT book this if you show up after 5pm as no one is on site. This site will still let you book the room even after 5pm and you think you have a place to stay until you get there and find out you don't.

Hi Glen, Sorry to hear your problem when booking your accommodation. I can imagine it was a busy and frustrating time trying to find a room at the last minute for the night of the 28/12/20 when all of Cairns was heavily booked out. Unfortunately you booked the room at 5.30pm making it after our office closes. If you read the special check in instructions on the site which advises all afterhours check in must call before making a booking. Below is the information you neglected to read on our site when booking:- The front desk is open Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) and Saturday - Sunday (8 AM - 2 PM) This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. We think it is very harsh of you to review our property 2 out 10 when you did not stay.... Next time please be mindful and read all the special conditions before making a booking.

Outside is very ordinary but the rooms have had new paint and flooring. Very clean in rooms. Was upgraded to apartment and it is huge. Very quiet and would stsy again if needing somewhere just to sleep.

レースなど体調を気にされる方は要注意
早朝に到着すると入り口の張り紙に電話番号があって連絡するようになっている、wifi だと連絡出来ず従業員が来るまで待たないといけない。また平日は良かったけど週末は長期滞在者かはわからないが、夜中までパーティ始めて全く眠れない。

Hello, Thank you for your review. We were a little disappointed as your check in time was from 2 pm in the afternoon. Yet we allowed check in at 8am in the morning. We also gave you a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment due to you length of stay, instead of the budget motel room that you booked. We are sorry that you were unable to sleep due to noise from outside on the weekends. Had you let us know we could have contacted the properties that caused this issue for you.
