“The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke and got worse throughout the night, especially in the bathroom. Not sure if they have smoking rooms there or not but someone was definitely smoking in another room and it was getting into our room somehow- probably through the bathroom fan. I tried to call the front desk multiple times and when I went to check out and tell them about it there was a sign on the Counter saying no one was available. Disgusting and unacceptable!!”
