The lady at front desk told me kitchen open at 5:30 am. But did not open til 7:00am. We had a tour book at 7:00am for Calacmul. No breakfest.....

This hotel is in a good location for visiting Bacalar and it's easy to walk to the center of town. The rooms and facilities are clean, the breakfast is okay and the view from the pool on the roof is beautiful.

No electricity for hours, no hot water during the hole stay sometimes for hours no water at all. Toilet only sometimes working, very loud and noisy due to the building and other guests, no possibility to wash clothes. All in all no thanks and totally overpriced

As always a great place to stay for the area. Just wish they'd update/improve the wifi, it's pretty much useless.

We arrived at our room, the beds were not made, we didn't have towels, the staff was notified and they were quick to fix this. In one of the rooms, the TV didn't work. The location is ok to some archeological sites, it is an average stay. We had breakfast the next morning and the options were nice.

Hotel was adequate. Rooster next door was anoying at 3:00 AM but thats what roosters do. Service was friendly. Cosidering location, probably as good as it gets.

la habitacion limpia, el personal que atiende es desposta, parece que te esta haciendo el favor de hospedarte, no se controla el agua caliente, o te quemas o tiemblas de frio, falso su anuncio de inbternet no hay en las habitaciones, este uno deficiente en el restaurante, te acercas y se corta no te deja navegar

The location was good from a archeological sites location. The wifi was horrendous. If you didn't have cell coverage you'd be hooped. Overall the place was OK, staff was great, just cruddy wifi.

There was a great deal of wood in the rooms. Adjacent to the hotel was a nice restaurant. The room was well refreshed and included AC. The office was great to help with taxis. On site laundry service. The secluded area was pleasant and pretty. There is a serene ruin in walking distance. Caring staff at hotel and restaurant.

L'hotel più vicino e decente per visitare le piramidi di Kalakmul. Camera spaziosa ma rumorosa porte e finestre senza alcun isolamento acustico. La nostra per fortuna era al piano superiore con il pavimento in legno che ad ogni passo scricchiolava notevolmente penso che quelli sotto abbiano sentito ogni nostro piccolo movimento. Water ostruito abbiamo dovuto ingegnarci per tirare lo sciacquone. Personale imbarazzante per pagare con il pos (che non sapevano usare) abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora. Ampi margini di miglioramento su tutti i fronti.

Nevermind the wifi (keeps shutting off)
Nice calm area,far from the stores and restaurants. There's a restaurant on site. I ordered 2 hamburgers and two cokes and they said they didn't have change for a 500 so I ordered two bacon hot dogs as well. I asked them if it'll be ready in about 15-20 minutes,the time it usually takes me to shower. They said 30, no problem. I come out of my room 30 minutes later and they haven't even started cooking my order. 45 minutes pass an no food, it wasn't til the hour or so that my food came out. And the burgers were cold. Long story short avoid the hotel restaurant 1 out of 5 star

The hotel is okay. There are better options but they were all booked. It was still good. Parking is limited, about 6-7 cars fit, unless they have a bigger parking I didn’t see. Breakfast is okay. It is close to the main road, which leads to Xpujil centro, and also close to Becan, Xpuhil and Chicanna sites, and about 1-2 hour drive from Calakmul site main entrance. We had a nice stay here except for one thing: there was no hot water. Hot water only lasted about 1 minute and then there was nothing, no water at all, unless you use freezing water. I contacted the staff and they say to give it some time and it will come out. It never came out and we had to take showers with cold water! They need to fix this. Other than that, it is a good stay if you want to see the ruins nearby.

El lugar muy cómodo y bonito, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El servicio de recepción, muy amable, nos recomendaron un lugar para cenar, muy rico y cerca del hotel y nos respetaron la reserva, a pesar de que llegamos entre 9 y 10 pm. Solo un par de detalles : pedimos una almohada extra y no tenían, y la tapa de la taza del baño estaba rota. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. Definitivamente, volvería. .

Rapport qualité / prix imbattable. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour la visite de Calakmul, le personnel est souriant et très agréable. Je vous conseille également leur panier repas pour le midi, qui sont aussi imbattables en termes de qualité prix !

Cute hotel with some nice touches. The room design was a little awkward with a wardrobe in a blind corner that was hard to access. Bathroom doorway lacked clearance for anyone over 6'1''. Neighbourhood roosters crowed most of the night and sheep added their music in the late afternoon. Being a farmboy, I enjoyed the sounds but others may not. Secure parking onsite. Good value for money. I would like to return.

Comfortable little hotel
This is a modest little hotel with all amenities needed for a comfortable short stay. The AC is COLD (yay!) and the rooms are clean. There is also a palapa in the property that serves breakfast starting at 7am if I remember correctly.

We stayed in this hotel so that we could visit Calakmul. The hotel has A/C which is really needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a fairly basic hotel. Good for the night.

Correct pour une nuit.
Correct et relativement confortable pour une nuit d’étape, après la visite des ruines de Calakmul. De toutes façons pas beaucoup d’autre choix dans le coin. Pour le petit dejeuner, ne pas avoir très faim ou être très pressé : près d’une 1 heure d’attente pour deux maigres tartines de pain toastées, une petite portion de confiture industrielle… et un jus de fruits coupé à l’eau, sans saveur… difficile à comprendre.

Really nice room with good air conditioning. Near center of Xpujil. The highlight for us was the excellent kitchen and tasty local cuisine. Delicious and clearly made fresh. All prices were very economical both for hotel and restaurant.
