"The rooms were clean but the washrooms were small and outdated. Guess should bring their own hair dryer tooth paste etc. The food was ok. The staff were friendly. Extra fees to use their pickle ball, 2500 pesos, 5 K to go to the beach area."

"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."
