Stayed there 6 days and rented 3 rooms. Price was better than College Station hotel prices for graduation (insane price gouging at that time of year) but you get what you pay for. Do not disturb sign on door means nothing. They will still knock and wake you up and if they think you're gone, will still enter the room. Requests for room cleaning resulted in towels being thrown on the bed and nothing else done. Old towels not collected, trash not emptied, toilet paper not replaced. The laminate floors were filthy, turned my feet black. There was blood on the sheet, the bedspread in every room was extremely dirty, had black stuff and crusty white stuff on them. Headboard was smudged and smeared with greasy spots and hand prints. Door frames black with grime. Phone was crusty. All around it was just very gross. It's a shame, because the rooms clearly have been updated recently. If they would make the effort to clean them properly they would be a great budget friendly option. I wouldn't ever recommend them as they are now, however. Very unsanitary.
