Overall, the accommodation was clean, and the pool and breakfast were good value for money. I was assigned to the 1st floor, but it was a weekend, so the 2 days I stayed at the hotel were noisy.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and updated. The parking lot is rough if you drive a bigger vehicle, very difficult to get in and out of spots if it’s busy. Close to train transit. Stayed during a concert.

The pool was warm and clean. The rooms were updated. Staff was great. Coffee situation could use improvement.

Overall good experience. Breakfast pretty substandard with very few healthy choices. This certainly could be improved significantly. The only coffee offered was a mild brew, no cream available other than that horrible whitening chemical sugar syrup. No decaf coffee in the evening either.

This is a great hotel. The staff makes you feel right at home. The common area is great for having games or just sitting around having coffee. The pool and slide are fun too.

Clean and bright. Rooms were nice, updated. Would have liked a tub/ shower combo not just a shower. Also somewhat nosy. Could hear doors open and close all down the hall. Overall a good place to stay.

Sandra at checkin was great, very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Made sure the room was what we required and helped with food requirements my husband needed prior to surgery. Check wasn’t as easy. Elderly man at counter was more involved with someone on phone helping him with his cellphone than customers. Waited 10 minutes without acknowledging me.

Property was great. A good overall stay. Had some difficulties with the parkade when icy; a bit scary. Only recommendation is to clear early am. Staff was super. Breakfast was great.

It was ok. The beds were so uncomfrtable we paid upfront for 2 nights but checked out after 1 with no refund. Nothing terrible just the bed made a lot of noise getting in and out and tossing and turning. I did not sleep well. The gym was very limited so not much of a work out, but at least it was something. I did not use the pool but it seemed decent. Breakfast was ok. I do not like coffee mate....so coffee was not an option here..and it was not good black. In the morning I used some milk from the buffet but that did not make it much better. I do not think I would personally go back but if I was stuck I woud book here.

I found the area to be less than expected, thats on me...hotel was good, liked the underground parking, elevators weren't very good, breakfast was alright, too small of an area for everyone to get food, room was turned down nicely, towels were far and few between in the pool area. Stay was OK.

The staff are all great, especially the couple that do the morning breakfast. Polite and accommodating. One morning he helped a gentleman that was in a wheelchair get his waffle. Little things like that help get repeat customers.

My stay was good, only thing that could be better was the breakfast. It was adequate but would be nice to have more fruit choices (only apples). Only had coffee in the room which was not refilled daily, tea would have been nice as well.

We always stay in this hotel, in a king suite with kitchenette. The rooms are big and spacious and well equipped. We were on the 3rd floor this stay and the people above us, were like a herd of elephants, until late every night. This was tiring for my family and I as we had early starts at a sporting competition and couldn't sleep until they did, our room was shaking. Better sound proofing would have been welcomed. The air condition/heating units were a nightmare. Even though we turned they off, it still cycled every 20 mins and it was loud. Unfortunately there was no wall plug to cut the power to the units. The tap in the kitchen sink only dribbled water out too. Breakfast, pool and gym are great. The hot tub and tiling around the pool needs some attention, my son cut his foot on rough tiles. Usually we love staying here, but this time we didn't enjoy it as much and left exhausted.

Love the underground parking, especially when the weather is bad. The only problem that I found this time was the sliding bathroom door in our room had such a gap that everyone could see right in. I figured out it was off it’s track, and even after fixing it, the gap was still an issue. Nothing worth reporting to the front desk as they are not going to replace the door. I’ve stayed here many times but before booking again, I’ll probably request a different room.
