"This has been the best hotel by far that I have ever stayed in Vietnam. The staff bend over backwards to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. One staff member had overheard me talking to my husband about how loud kids were on our hallway on our floor and he and the front desk girl offered to changed our room for us without us asking. They also made sure that we had car service free of charge the next day when checking out since we had asked for late checkout, but they could not accommodate because they were fully booked. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we’ve had in Vietnam as well. This was my third trip and I’ve stayed in 10+ hotels at this point and again this was the best."

"Great facility and location for a Da Nang trip , hotel is lux but so affordable. Pool is excellent and such good views while having a cool drink . The spar was so good and the team provides an excellent service for both men and women . All in all excellent place to stay and can highly recommend it and enjoy the awesome breakfast."

"An amazing hotel situated right in the heart of Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the night market. As a solo traveller, The Signature felt very safe, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was absolutely incredible. I also visited their spa, The Ginger, where I had a head shampoo and back massage. The experience was amazing and excellent value for money. At the end of my stay, the hotel also arranged my transport to the airport, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller and made my journey home completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A special mention to Khoa, Yen and all the staff, who were absolutely fantastic."
