"Good location. Nice ground near old town. Hotel is very tired and needs some renovation. Staff at the check in desk not the friendliest. The room not as pictured on Expedia. Bath tub with no shower. Room was clean. Good swimming pool. Breakfast food was ok, nothing spectacular. Overall decent value for money but don’t expect a 4-star hotel. "

"The staff was helpful. The breakfast was plenty.Rooms were clean. Hotel very nice coloured facade ( yellow ). The hotel was away from heavy traffic ( tourists/vehicles). Walking distance to any thing ( pharmacy ,bank , restaurants and heavy tourist areas ."

"First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river! This experience aggravated me so I agreed to take the lesser room the first night and move to a better room the next two nights. The staff here is very task oriented and not service oriented. The location is not optimum and you have to walk a short distance though a trashy part of town to get to the tourist walking area. They don't offer a shuttle or buggy for this and they definitely should! In both rooms the showers were a bit moldy and the rooms are not soundproof for TVs etc. Other than those things the hotel is ok. I would look at other options for Hoi An but if you like this location it's an ok place to stay. If you want a good view make sure you request a room facing the big river at the rear of the hotel on a high floor!"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful room, great location. The staff were amazing. Everyone from the lobby to the restaurants to the pool staff. We will stay here again on our next trip to Hoi An!"
