From the moment we checked in until the time we departed, Ms. Quynh’s thoughtfulness and attentiveness were consistently remarkable. Thanks to her kindness, our entire trip became filled with joyful and unforgettable moments. Most notably, in celebration of my girlfriend’s birthday, she arranged a lovely congratulatory message on our bed, which made the occasion extra meaningful. When we experienced a minor issue with our room, she was the first to come and help, handling the situation swiftly and professionally. What could have been a stressful situation instead became a special memory, all thanks to Ms. Quynh’s genuine care and warmth. She consistently checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and went out of her way to recommend delicious Vietnamese dishes during breakfast—adding a personal and memorable touch to each morning. La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa is truly fortunate to have such a gem in Ms. Quynh. Because of her, we are already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Da Nang. "호이안으로 여행을 간다면 본 호텔을 묵으시기를 권장합니다. 가성비가 좋은 다른 호텔이 있을 수 있어도, 가장 좋은 호텔은 본 호텔이라고 자신있게 이야기 할 수 있습니다. 1. 호텔의 청결도 : 5성호텔이라서 방이 매우 깨끗하며, 청소도 하루에 2차례 이상 진행합니다. 외출하고 들어오면 깨끗하게 치워져 있는 방에, 앙증맞은 쿠키가 기다리고 있습니다. 2. 호텔의 위치 : 야시장까지 걸어서 5분거리, 올드타운까지는 8분거리. 눈 앞으로는 강이 흐르고, 주변에 높은 건물이나 시끄러운 도로가 없어서 조용하지만 편리한 장소입니다. 다만 바로 앞의 가게에서 마이크로 고성방가를 하던 아저씨가 있었는데, 호텔 프론트에 문의하니 빠른 조치를 취해줬습니다. 3. 호텔의 서비스 : 기본적으로 모든 직원들이 친절하고, 서비스 정신이 투철합니다. 호텔에 있는 여러 시설물(수영장, 사우나, 스파, 이그제큐티브 라운지 등)도 모두 수준이 높습니다. 4. 호텔 조식 : 이것때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 솔직히 나가서 밥 먹을 필요가 없다고 느껴질 수준이었습니다. 같은 호텔에 두번째 묵고 있는데, 앞으로 호이안에 갈 일이 있으면 계속 이 호텔을 이용할 계획입니다."

"한국어로 소통 가능한 매우 친절한 직원. 올드타운과 윗쪽 로컬 동네를 모두 도보로 이용할 수 있는 위치이면서 소음없이 조용함. 수영장 예쁘지만 주차장과 맞닿아있어서 여우롭게 선베드에서 쉬기엔 별로다. 조식은 매일 조금씩 다른메뉴가 나오고 과일 종류가 다양하다. 객실 매우 깨끗하고 카페트 바닥이 아닌 점이 좋다. 화장실 넓고 쾌적하지만 샤워기가 새고 드라이어가 약하다. 스마트 티비가 아니다. 숙소내에서 진행하는 다양한 클래스가 좋다."
