"The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. The next day when we had upset stomach, she ordered ginger tea for us and phoned around to find a pharmacy that was open. Lastly, at check out, there was some flooding in the street due to the amount of rain from the day before, and again Ly, the manager, went out of her way to find us a scooter that could take us to a drier street where she then ordered us a private car to take us from Hoi An to Da Nang, our next destination. Without her help, we would have had to wait for hours to find a ride in the rainy weather they were having. We are extremely grateful to Ly for verything she did for us. She is a very kind person and an excellent manager who truly goes out of her way to accommodate clients. "
