"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

The only negative is the location. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old part of Hoi An. However, for the price we paid my friend and I were both quite happy with this place."

The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. "Fabulous place to stay. The rooms and decor were beautiful. Having a view of the paddy fields was really calming. It was a cheap Grab ride into the centre of Hoi An. The cafe was also fabulous. "This was a lovely family run homestay / hotel. A very warm welcome from everybody and nice friendly personal service. Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river. It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach.
