Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

It is a lovely and clean hotel. The staff are super helpful. Special mention to Kathy who was so lovely. When I wasn't feeling well she made me a ginger tea and delivered it to the room. She is such an asset to this company. Great location to old town and the complimentary shuttle was such an easy and convenient service.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose from. We had the presidential suite and it was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the roof top pool was great for proper swimming.

Awesome hotel in Hoi An.

From check in to check out the stay the service was beyond special. Lily went out of her way to see to our needs. Tom in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. The best hotel in Vietnam and I will definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 14 nights in August, it was excellent. The location was quiet & calm yet only 5-7 minutes away from the beach or city centre by free shuttle or Grab. Plenty of restaurants, cafes or mini-marts a few metres away on the same street. We both found that the staff always went out of their ways to help us with everything. Tom, Luna & Nguyen are really great & were always helpful. I wish I could remember more names, all were fantastic. But our absolute favourite was Kathy. She was brilliant. We would definitely stay again, and are already planning on returning.

Fabulous Choice

My favorite hotel I stayed in while in Vietnam. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is unmatched. I also liked the location close but in the mix. Would definitely book again.
