"They has a good location but they should have Air conditioning in the lobby. During summer, the lobby is supper hot, the receptionists are sweaty also so it looks dirty on their face, hair and forehead "

The late checkout was convenient, allowing us to do a little more before leaving.
The only negative is the hotel style set-up, generally quiet but sone guests above us were thumping around, moving furniture and banging doors between 2-3 rooms until 1am. A complaint to the front desk quickly resolved the situation. Also the mattress was extremely hard, although this is common in SE Asia it was extremely hard!"
"This was our second time staying at Moire, the first time was as Bay Resort. This is an incredible resort. It is close to Old Town (you walk across a bridge) but it's in a really quiet spot. The staff are wonderful and so attentive. The rooms are lovely and the pool area is great. I would highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back again. "
