"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."

"Our flight was cancelled and the tennis tournament was in town. We needed two rooms and could find nothing. We paid $629 Canadian per room and it was disgusting. The table in the room was dirty, the bathroom vanity looked like it had been wiped down with a filthy cloth and the bathroom sink was cracked. The ceiling was crumbling. It was horrible."

"It appears to be an older property undergoing some refurbishment in areas, but it was clean, quiet and pretty convenient to all the stuff you want to do in Palm Springs. "

"Clean room and nice pool and hot tub. Took staff a bit of time to respond to get towels. Check in was not great. They didn’t send instructions and waited at the front entrance for 20 min to enter. Room door was stuck and waited 10 min for assistance. "
