“We booked this property because of EV charging but they only had it for one kind of EV which we don’t own. They should specify which kind they offer. We were stressed about making it to another town to get charged. The room was very warm with dirty floors and hair in the badly stained shower. I know it’s a historic site but we it was hard to enjoy given the condition of our room. The best part was the staff, they were great.”

“Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is more than a continental and tasted quite good. We did not have a five on the amenities simply because we did not use them. The hotel is very close to shopping, dining, and Keeneland Race Track. Definitely would choose this hotel again.”

“They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing.”

“There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.”
