Bel posto immerso nel verde.

Il residence si trova in un ottima posizione. Il mare, la passeggiata e il corso a 600 metri. Il supermercato a 200 metri. Offre diversi servizi. Un bar per fare colazione la mattina, lavanderia e asciugatrici a gettoni e ferro sa stiro. Biciclette a noleggio, zona barbecue per fare le grigliate, parcheggio con ombreggianti, campo da tennis e parco gichi per bambini, piccolo ascensore e il top è la piscina. Le camere sarebbero da miglirare gli arredamenti e sopratutto mettere l'aria condizionata perché c'era troppo caldo e il ventilatore a soffitto solo in camera ci dava appena sollievo. Oltretutto se aumentavi la velocità del ventilatore faceva rumore e la notte non riuscivamo a riposare fra il caldo e il rumore del ventilatore. Per i servizi che offre il prezzo era giusto. Il personale è stato gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

La struttura è molto bella, peccato che il livello delle camere sia pessimo, per quanto siano ampie e vivibili sono poco curate ed hanno un mobilio vecchio e degradato, questo è l'unico neo che ho riscontrato. Per il resto la piscina è molto bella e la struttura in generale è pulita ed in ordine, c'è un ampio angolo giochi per i più piccoli e anche un ala adibita per il barbecue su prenotazione. Se non si considerano il degrado delle camere tutto sommato la struttura merita sia come posizione che come servizi

Un buon soggiorno

Struttura immersa in un parco, praticamente in centro a Marina di Campo. Nonostante questo è molto silenziosa . Buona la qualità e quantità dei servizi offerti . Personale gentile e qualificato . Pulizia in generale buona sia delle zone comuni che delle camere . Nelle camere vi è angolo cottura con lo stretto necessario e sono compresi anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani , non è previsto il riordino giornaliero come il cambio infrasettimanale degli asciugamani . In caso uno lo voglia è previsto a pagamento. Bella e grande la piscina . Unica cosa la struttura è un po’ datata quindi sia le camere che le zone comuni che la piscina risentono un po’ del passare del tempo ma ancora in buono stato . Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

Sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Fehlen der Klimaanlage war uns bewußt, wird wohl eher im Sommer ein Problem - wir waren über Pfingsten.

Posizione top vicino al supermercato al centro e alla spiaggia più grande dell’Elba!comodissimo anche per andare a visitare le altre! Anche la piscina stupenda anche per i bimbi! I giochi sarebbero da ripulire un po’ e anche all’interno è tutto molto vetusto e delabré… però è uno dei meno cari ed è normale che abbia una pecca! Comunque noi siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo mangiato sempre in terrazza!

Piscina Top, ma poco altro...

Vacanza tutto sommato positiva. Buona posizione, parcheggio molto grande e coperto, piscina immensa e molto spesso non affollata, nonostante il periodo di alta stagione. Peccato la chiusura vasca alle 19.00. Le buone notizie però finiscono qui. Arredo anni 70 (anche se non mancava nulla), wifi al 3° piano non pervenuto, consegna biciclette solo diurna quando la gente è al mare, ha poco senso. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma penso sia indispensabile solo per le camere verso il parcheggio (sud/ovest). Per le camere verso la piscina la pala a soffitto credo sia sufficiente.(poi comunque dipende se il periodo è particolarmente afoso). Per una settimana non è previsto nemmeno un cambio asciugamani se non a 1.50 € per ogni asciugamano aggiuntivo richiesto. Penso sia una speculazione esagerata. Alla fine una media di oltre 150 €/giorno per il bilocale (4 settimana di Luglio) ritengo sia un po' sopra le righe per quanto offerto. Voto totale 6.

I pregi del posto sono il grande parco,vasta zona parcheggio e grande piscina ma la struttura del residence NON E' DOTATA DI CONDIZIONAMENTO (purtroppo non avevo notato quando ho prenotato)ma solo di ventola a soffitto e l'arredo è anni 70. ps. salta spesso la corrente nell'edificio e si rimane anche senz'acqua ma solo per qualche minuto

The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo.

Aspetti positivi: Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione ideale all'interno di Marina di Campo. Ampio parcheggio. Bici, piscina e ping pong a disposizione. Animali ammessi. Organizzazione di attività settimanali. Personale cordiale ed accogliente. Debolezze: La struttura è un po' datata. L'odore dei detergenti usati all'inizio dava un po' l'impressione di entrare in un ospedale, ma poi nel giro di un giorno è passato. La rete Wi Fi in alcuni momenti era lenta.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Direi che in questo residence non manca proprio niente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Si il mobilio non e' recentissimo, ma e' funzionale e dignitoso. per il resto piscine, campo da tennis, da ping pong, parco, bar personale simpatico, pulizia a 3 minuti dal mare. Da tornarci sicuramente
