โWe just got back from Punta Cana and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resortโthough only for one night due to a canceled flight and no availability at our original hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Jeifry welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. He made check-in smooth, gave us a tour, and made us feel like we had known him for years.
Our room wasnโt ready right away, but Jeifry promised to do his bestโand by 2 PM, we were in! He even made a dinner reservation...

โThe owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com
He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com
I did not agreed with this and did not pay.โ
โUn alojamiento perfecto para descansar. El estudio era moderno y bien cuidado. El entorno del jardรญn es precioso, lleno de flores y รกrboles. Caminรกbamos a la playa todas las maรฑanas, y por las tardes regresรกbamos a la piscina. Nos encantรณ todo. โ
