"Our only complaint with our stay is the fire alarm went off every day ! Not for long but it was annoying. The worst was it going off at 11:30pm/12 am for like 2 minutes straight & we had small kids trying to sleep "

"Overall this was a really great stay. Beach was nice, a bit crowded but we had no real problem finding lounge chairs. Pool was enjoyable, only wish they kept it open later. Buffet is a bit understaffed and could use a bit more organization. Had to ask 2-3 time for drinks. That aside the food was good with a lot of variety . Mosquitoes were a bit of an annoyance so bring insect repellent. People allowing small children to run around the hall way at early hours was disrespectful and disruptive. Although no the resorts fault I just wanted to mention it for people with no children looking for a peaceful night sleep."

"Clean roosma, great staff. Casino was smaller but table mins were nice at 5 bucks. I actually won $3,600 usd our last night at the casino. Its open 3pm to 3am. We got a cab and visited the fammed Hard Rock casino and its nice and big but in the end we preferred our Bahia Casino overall! Better payouts on features etc. "

"This hotel was amazing so beautiful from the shiny chandeliers to the beautiful clean marble floors to the elegant staircase. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time."
