โItโs a great place for quiet getaway. Great food, nice pool area, activities, great stuff. The beach is 10 min walking distance, cart transportation is available. Large suits with a lot of amenities. โ
โThe tropical garden setting around the hotel is stunning. The pool area is quiet and always clean. There are so many loungers you never need to rush. We especially loved the music at the beach bar when the DJ came in the afternoon. The atmosphere was so relaxed.โ
โGustavo was very helpful to us at the beautiful all inclusive Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa resort. The beachfront resort was spacious with nine different pools to choose from. โ
โThis hotel is located right in the heart of Punta Cana. Everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed local Dominican food just a block away. The room was fresh and tidy with a big window overlooking palm trees. I highly recommend it.โ
โAccommodated us on a short notice when our flight was cancelled, even though it took awhile for us to access the apartment, they had to make sure that the apartment was clean and welcoming โ
โCocotal is my favorites place in bavaro, I do have my house in bavaro but I have decided to go in golf suit hotel for more safe and my kids love the pools, the working area, staff are exceptional.โ
โOverall 5 rating for staff customer service. They were amazing and attentive. As far as the amenities there are none and WiFi is spotty. There are no tvs or blankets/comforters in the room. Amazing AC temperature throughout the room.โ

โIf youโre looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beachโฆ This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, donโt stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didnโt have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. โ
โPositives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay.
