"Estaba un poco escéptica por algunos comentarios que leí acá , pero fue todo lo contrario. El hotel es súper limpio, las personas que trabajan allí sorprenden con su amabilidad y extraordinario servicio siempre es bueno apoyarlos con las propinas ;) adicional al bufet que tiene muchas opciones también están los restaurantes incluidos que puedes reservar, yo opté por la opción de Adultos pero tienes acceso a los demás hoteles en un tren que pasa cada 5 min. Lo único malo fueron la cantidad de algas en el mar, pero el hotel trata de estar limpiando. Definitivamente volveria a este hotel y 100 % recomendado"

"I truly enjoyed the special treatment from the butler, it made the stay feel extra memorable. The nightly shows were so much fun, and the entire property was impressively clean. I also loved having so many beautiful pools to enjoy. I will definitely be returning! "
