“Me quede dos noches diferentes cuartos por ser diferentes fechas. Los Cuartos limpios, el personal bien, el desayuno rico, y el aire funciono bien. Lo único due que la primer noche no había agua caliente y la otra noche el agua tenia mal olor! Overall ok!”

“Muy tranquilo, buen personal de trabajo , y esta ubicado en un lugar tranquilo”

“No hubo limpieza, no había tv”

“It was an extremely well kept property. Located on a quiet block. Safe, secure, amongst many upscale real estate properties and walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very accommodating and made it feel like home. Large referigator and plateware made it possible to maintain food and drinks in the room. The accommodations were exceptional and after such a grear experience I have decided to make this hotel my preferred place to stay when in Punta Cana. I...

“La propiedad y habitación muy bien, pero su recepción no es 24 horas. Yo llegué a la 1 de la madrugada y no había nadie quien atendiera. El guardia de seguridad fue el que nos dio el acceso, aunque ese no era su trabajo.”

“The guest policy is crazy. My daughter could not visit with me (divorce vacation). Many calls and they never bothered trying to work with me. I accidentally entered the wrong room, the folks in that room told me it’s the same code for the correct room next door. The remote for the large AC was missing, the small AC did not work. DR is hot and humid, no AC is insane. There is no way to use the...

“Beautifully decorated, large apartment in a very convenient location. Host was super accessible and responsive. Great hot showers with strong water pressure, and clean water. The laundry was a washer dryer combo, not the best. It took about 5.5 hours to wash and dry one load. The neighborhood gets a little noisy at night. Overall would recommend.”

“A great hidden gem in PC to be lodged not in a huge resort, but in a smaller family hotel. The owners were extremely nice, and the staff was always so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing! And the rest of their menu for lunch and dinner was great.”

“This is NOT an Ocean View as advertised. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace shown on the listing are of a different unit. Instead its a city view with literally an apartment building across the street and a 5g tower. Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change. I traveled to this unit in Jan of 2026 it is now March 2026 and they continue to list as an Ocean View. ...
