โWe enjoyed our stay at the Royalton. Our concierge Keisy was amazing. She helped plan and book all our dinner rsvp for group of 15ppl. She made sure my stay was up to par. If there was anything I needed she made sure it was taken care of. We also enjoyed all restaurants especially Zen and Hunters Steakhouse. My family if 15 had an amazing time at Royalton Bavaro and would highly recommend to anyone. โ
โThe owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com
He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com
I did not agreed with this and did not pay.โ
โThis hotel was a perfect choice for our vacation. The studio was cozy, clean, and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals. The garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like a little oasis. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was stunning. We also enjoyed the local restaurants just a short walk away. โ
โAccommodated us on a short notice when our flight was cancelled, even though it took awhile for us to access the apartment, they had to make sure that the apartment was clean and welcoming โ

The pool had music and lights at night.

โIf you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.โ
โThe resort is really pretty, plenty of space around the main pool. We had the swim-up room and I would recommend it to everyone!
The food options were the only thing we didnโt like as much, however we might just be picky eaters โบ๏ธโ
