"Bello el hotel la comida"

"I have mixed feelings about this property. One of the main reasons for booking this over other 5 syar resorts was their description and posted pictures of the kids club and amenities. Turns out, they really don't exist. The kids club is in a little room that is long overdue for renovation with a couple of outdated game consoles. It was most definitely not a 5 star quality. The room that was posted on there website does not exist. WAlso dissappiting were the pools. It was a one continuous "river", very shallow and not conducive to swimming, just lounging in the pool and drinking in it (which many people did". For that rwason, I would not rate this as family-centric. Everyone ia assigned a butler, but we really had very little interaction and we could have easily done without such a "service". In addition, the property overall needs renovation. Please don't get me wrong, it's not a bad choice, but in my opinion and compared with some other 5 star properties, this is not not up to par. The best thing is the variety of food choices, it was almost overwhelming and there is something for everyone. Evening entertainment was also very good."

"Our room had seen better days, the towel rack was crooked and clearly been patched multiple times, the faucet calking caused the knobs to spin, the shower attachment had a hole in it so water blew out the back and our table didn't work. The room was very clean and the staff were super nice and I loved the location of our room. I wish there were better gluten free options around the pool areas as everything was contaminated but the restaurants were great with allergies and I didn't have any issues!"

"This is the best place i Punta cana. They had the best food and the quality and the freshness of the food is beyond comparison into any of the resort. It is extremely quiet and it’s very good if you want to go read a book or just be by yourself the bars are extremely quaint, and you can stay in peace for hours without being bothered by other people. The staff is extremely helpful. They’re always smiling in a very nice. The spa treatment was amazing as well. I have zero complaints about the place. Also please do not complain and be bougie. These people work really hard and will go to any extent to appease the customer so please do not complain because there is nothing to complain about. Every service that they offer a spot on"
