Je n'ai pas pu séjourné dans l'hôtel car celui-ci a annulé ma réservation sans raison. Resultat 1er nuit au Mexique dans la rue. Je déconseille fortement.

El peor servicio, es una basura

Reservé y pagué 2 noches, por una situación con mi vuelo debía hacer el check in pasada la hora y estuve tratando de contactar por teléfono al establecimiento pero jamás contestaron. Al llegar por la madrugada toqué el timbre esperando que alguien en recepción pudiera ayudarme a resolverlo porque la estancia ya estaba pagada pero nadie salió, se escuchó que había alguien ahí pero no se interesaron en salir para nada. Yo estaba sola en la madrugada en un lugar que además de estar oscuro, estaba muy solo. Tuve que buscar y pagar otro establecimiento para esa noche, al tratar de contactar de nuevo con el lugar en las hrs que marcan como disponibles, jamás contestaron y tuve que pagar otra reserva. NO RESERVEN AQUÍ, pésimo servicio al cliente y mala organización por parte del lugar

Custo beneficio ótimo. Localização fora da zona hoteleira, mas ha 10/15 min de bus. Ponto alto: Salvador e Denise, funcionários do local. Nota 1000 para eles. Cama excelente, chuveiro ótimo. Quarto espaçoso, mas simples. Café da Manhã precisa ser melhorado. Poucas opções.

Hotel engana pelas fotos, primeiro foi difícil de chegar, a localização pelo Maps não chega na frente do hotel, chega na lateral e não tem nenhuma referência, quarto OK para as 2 noites que passamos, mas não tomamos café no hotel, pois a os alimentos ficam numa espécie de cozinha compartilhada. A localização é boa para quando se quer ir pra Isla Mujeres, facil pra transporte. Pessoal do atendimento muito prestativo e nos ajudou muito.

No frills hotel/motel. I think it was a former prison or recovery center. Great Uber pick up spot. It only costs around $5 to get to the hotel zone/coco bongo. It has everything you need. My room had lots of tiny flying insects, but for the price i can't complain. My flight landed at 9pm so I needed a cheap place to stay for the night.

I had a great 1 night stay at this Boutique, my flight was cancelled and needed an affordable place to stay. nicely decorated rooms with a nice terrace. Very clean. Both host were great.
