The hotel is very nice but we had a bad experience with the room toilet since there was a leakage and it wasn’t m handled efficiently by the staff. They could be more empowered and professional.

Got charged to use the WiFi. Had to wait in the lobby for 1hr while my room was being prepared and the temperature was not ideal. The remote control in the room for the tv did not work. Pointing out that this location is not meeting the Marriott standards we are used to. A review is needed.

Check in staff was amazing! However the concierge staff were very rude. They provided no help , made no eye contact, and didn’t greet anyone entering or exiting the hotel. The gym is very very small out 2 out of 3 cardio machines were working. The pool and rooftop area is outdated.

Staff was very nice. We paid $4500 for 4 nights and the rooms are definitely in need of upgrades. The “pool area” on the roof looked like it was it was fit for a motel 6. This place is beyond pricey.

Location, location, location. The lobby and common areas are absolutely beautiful. We had a deluxe king room facing the sea. Fantastic view with a window that fully opened. The room itself was a bit dated. The bathroom fixtures and tub were a bit dated, the desk was dented and scuffed a bit. Normally I wouldn't nitpick butt we paid $1,200 for the night and in my opinion everything should be absolutely excellent and it was not. It was absolutely fine.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is calm and relaxed with neutral decor and is situated opposite the beach. The roof terrace is spectacular! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Disappointed experience and that will never be happen taking into consideration informing my company holiday agency to not treat with JW at all. I have faced a reservation problem 3 time, cuz they canceled my reservation. in the other hand the girls in the reception are racists !!! Specially the one who’s name Laina.

wunderbar , leider konnte ich mit meinem Auto nicht in die Garage, es stand vor dem Hotel, ich bekam eine Karte für 40.-Euro pro Tag , Auf meiner Rechnung wurde aber 48.- Euro pro 7 Tage berechnet . Finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Da Die Preise an der Yacht Show sowieso Schon erhöht sind .

The JW Marriott in Cannes is a very nice hotel and extremely well located, however the price of the room we stayed was nowhere near where it should be, far too expensive for what it was. Nice room, comfortable bed and good shower, but a mix of staff friendliness, some really nice some not at all, no window opening, no balcony, and it was not clear at all when we took the reservation. It looks like many rooms in this hotel have similar set up, so be careful to this. Overall, and we travel a lot around world, we estimate my wife and I that we paid double of what it should have cost us given the overall quality of what we got.

Location great but staff very unfriendly . Never offered upgrade and made us wait too long for room even they have availability. We called house keeping every day for missing towels and soap. And the beach club they said is from hotel and they charge for loungers and towels . Better options in the area for same price .

Ok hotel men dyrt ifht service. Fin komfort
Fint hotel, efter lettere problemer med check-in, fik vi er værelse hvor vi alle fire kunne være. Havde anmodet om connecting rooms og de havde vendt tilbage med at vores anmodning var godkendt med ajoining rooms. Jeg vidste ikke at connecting og ajoining ikke var det samme. Det er det ikke. Til slut fik vi et værelse vi kunne være på allesammen. Rent og pænt. Rengøring hver 3. Dag er lidt på et 5* hotel, men på forespørgsel kunne man få gjort rent når man ville. Poolen er ikke god. Tror der var for meget klor i vandet. Vores børns badetøjs hvide farve blev helt grønt. Fin morgenmadsbuffet og fin service, ikke noget ekstraordinært.
