Room had a mildew smell, found a live roach in the bathroom, as well as unknown bugs in both beds, one of which bit me. Upon returning two my room with my two daughters, the lobby and hallway to my room reeked of weed

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The front desk attendant didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in even though there was no one else in the small lobby. She was working on the computer and finally said “Hello” after a couple of awkward minutes. I understand if something had to be finished but “I’ll be with you shortly “ would have been nice. I booked a double queen bed and only received two full beds. Bottom of shower was stained black and the room had a moldy musty smell. Same thing was served for breakfast both days. There was no elevator. With no elevator how are they handicap complaint?

Excellent staff!! The customer service was great they showed the staff made sure that they handled my complaint concerning my room. I had to change my room twice, both rooms were not properly clean, bed linen, bathroom bathtub was dirty. permanently stains of shower floor and walls. I finally was able to get a different room, I had to get some cleaning supplies. Staff was great, breakfast was great.

Hot, Dirty, bugs in the bed. No elevator, so don’t bring heavy bags in. Sink cracked in half and caulked back to gather. Dirt so thick in the corners of the bathroom that you’d need a knife to clean it. Just disgusting

There was a party in the parking lot outside our window until after midnight. You could hear everything through the walls/ceiling. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no shampoo in the shower, only lotion and conditioner.

I imagine this was an older property, but our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. There were hairs on the pillow cases, dust on most surfaces, and at one point, the air conditioning was blowing chunks of dirt and/or animal droppings into the room.
