"This recently opened hotel continues to shine and offers very good service. Our suite was quite spacious and having a clean kitchen was helpful. The lobby is also clean, comfortable, and spacious. After commenting in my previous stay about problems with off-site laundry service, it seems to have improved. "

I didn’t expect to be this impressed—especially since that same month I had already stayed in three different hotels across three countries: Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Doha (Qatar), and Singapore. I had mentioned it was my wife’s birthday, and we returned to find the room beautifully decorated, a whole cake waiting, and a bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Even down to the little details—like Ferragamo body lotion, shampoo, and body wash—it felt like luxury in places I didn’t expect. Kempinski didn’t just meet expectations; it set a new bar. I’ll definitely be returning to Ghana, and when I do, Kempinski will be my first stop"
