“We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment. The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked. The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion...
